The 3-bedroom triplex apartment is situated on the first floor of the apartment complex Costa Galera, only a few minutes walk from the beach. Connected to a golf club with restaurant, fitness centre/gym and spa with indoor pool.
The resort has several swimming pools that can be used free of charge.
The Spanish village of Sabinillas with its beautiful beach promenade with local and international restaurants it’s only 5 minutes by car.
The spacious yet cosy apartment has a large living and dining area on the ground floor with two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Adjoining to the master bedroom is a large balcony. A second staircase leads to the approximately 40 square meter roof terrace. All the terraces/balconies have views of the sea and the mountains.
The luxuriously furnished apartment and the service offer you the best conditions for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Flat screen TV with satellite system and DVD-/Blue-Ray-Player and a stereo system with iPhone/iPod/USB port are available. The comfortable kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob and oven, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric juicer, hand mixer, baking and casserole dishes and lots of other kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has two 90 cm twin beds which can be pushed together if required. The third bedroom has a 150 cm full-size bed. The second bathroom is off the hall next to the two smaller bedrooms. It is equipped with a shower. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. For the youngest guests, a cot, high chair and baby monitor are available.
Besides a large underground parking space directly under the house it is also possible to park directly outside the apartment. Pets are welcome.

Excursions in the surrounding area
Reached by car in 5 minutes is the small fishing village Sabinillas (in direction of Algeciras). The beach promenade invites you not only to stroll, but also offers plenty of culinary delights – from traditional Spanish restaurants to Indian food – every palate finds a delight here. Adjacent to Sabinillas you will find the beautiful marina of Puerto de la Duquesa. Next to a wide variety of restaurants there are carousels, and in the summer months trampolines and bouncy castles. All the year round children can use the many well-equipped playgrounds. On Sunday morning there is a large flea market in Sabinillas (rastro) where you can buy all kinds of new and used things – from furniture and clothing to electronics and toys as well as fresh bread, cheese, fruits and vegetables.
Driving north from Sabinillas (towards Casares) you get to the old town of Manilva (famous for its muscatel). If you continue driving through the mountains towards Casares there are some nice Ventas (local restaurants) worth a stop to stay and eat. An insider’s tip is the Venta Maricruz – besides the wonderful Spanish food and good wine you can enjoy the magnificent view of the white village of Casares and the beautiful mountains of Andalusia. From here you can also take beautiful walks.
To Estepona it is only 10 km. The small, prettily decorated, flower-filled streets invite you to wander through. Here and there sit elderly Spanish women in front of their homes and chat across the alley. In the larger streets you will find beautiful boutiques and shops. The beach promenade with its Chiringuitos (beach bars) invites for a coffee or a meal.
Anyone interested in the Spanish culture, is offered numerous options: Less than half an hour in the direction of Malaga you get to Marbella. The historic city centre invites for a stay. But also the marina of the "rich and famous" Puerto Banus is worth seeing. Also, the cities of Ronda (with its bullfighting-arena), Sevilla (with its built-in a Mosque Cathedral), Cordoba (with the 23,000 square meter Mosque-Cathedral), Málaga (with its Picasso Museum and the birthplace of the painter), Granada (with the Moorish Alhambra Palace), Cadiz (one of the oldest cities in Western Europe, with its famous carnival) and Jerez de la Frontera (with its famous sherry) are within a maximum of 2.5 hours. Gibraltar can be reached in 45 minutes.
For sports enthusiasts: Tarifa with its great surf beach is not even an hour away by car.
The closest airports are Malaga (85 km, approx. 1 hour) and Gibraltar (45 minutes). But Costa Galera is also within a 1.5 hour driving distance of Jerez de la Frontera.
