The spacious yet cosy apartment has a large living and dining area on the ground floor with two balconies both east Facing with views of the sea, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. A staircase leads to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite) on the first floor. Adjoining to the master bedroom is a large balcony with views of the sea. A second staircase leads to the approximately 40 square meter roof terrace
The luxuriously furnished apartment and the service offer you the best conditions for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Flat screen TV with satellite system and DVD-/Blue-Ray-Player and a stereo system with iPhone/iPod/USB ports available. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and lots of other kitchen utensils to meet your requirements. There is also an iron and ironing board.
The master bedroom has a 180 cm king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has two 90 cm twin beds. The third bedroom has a 150 cm full-size bed. The second bathroom is off the hall next to the two smaller bedrooms and has a power shower. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes. For the youngest guests, a cot, high chair and baby monitor are available.
There is a large underground parking space which comes with the apartment and is located directly under the house, and it is also possible to park directly outside the apartment. Pets are welcome.
