Set in quiet cul de sac within easy reach of many amenities including supermarkets and various restaurants in nearby La Campana and Nueva Andalucia. Puerto Banus leisure marina is an approx 10 minute drive away and San Pedro de Alcantara with an abundance of shops, banks and restaurants only 10 minutes drive.

The house is built on two levels offering accommodation for up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

All bedrooms are on the upper level of the villa together with two bathrooms, there is a shower room and W.C. on the ground level.

Spacious living and dining room leading to terrace, B-B-Q, mature garden and private swimming pool (with heat facility for the winter months). Nicely decorated and furnished throughout with fully fitted and equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher.

The villa is centrally air-conditioned and heated with decorative  fireplace, T.V. with English channels (BBC package), video, CD player and ADSL connection.
